At Ustudy, we offer three options: the full 4-Day Coffee Course, the 2-Day Coffee Fundamentals, and the 2-Day Latte Art. All course fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances below.

 

Refund Conditions:

- Full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued if a written cancellation request is received **at least 7 days before your enrolled course start date**.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made **less than 7 days before your enrolled course start date**.

- **Once your enrolled course has commenced on the first day**, **no refunds or transfers will be provided** under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation level.

Transfer Policy:

Course places are non-transferable to other persons. You may request a transfer to a future course date only in exceptional circumstances (see below).

 

Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of serious illness or family emergency with supporting documentation, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future identical course at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be given.
