1. Course Options

We offer three enrollment options:

- 4-Day Coffee Course (Coffee Fundamentals + Latte Art)

- 2-Day Coffee Fundamentals

- 2-Day Latte Art

 

By enrolling, you agree to the specific dates and modules you have selected.

 

2. No Refund After Course Commencement

**Once your enrolled course begins on the first day**, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including partial attendance, illness, or personal circumstances. This applies equally to 2-day and 4-day enrollments.

 

3. Media Consent and Content Usage

By participating in any course, you **automatically consent** to being photographed and/or filmed during the sessions. Ustudy reserves the right to use any such photos, videos, and recordings containing your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.), website, and marketing materials.

 

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and agree that you will not receive any compensation. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the instructor in writing before your course starts.

 

4. Code of Conduct, Health & Safety, Intellectual Property

Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

 

5. Changes to Schedule

We reserve the right to change dates, instructors, or venues if necessary and will notify you as soon as possible.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

 

By completing your enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
